Assistant Account Executive
Emma joined Ironbark Group in 2023 and works closely with Senior Broker Nicole to support clients with their insurance needs. Her role involves preparing quotes, processing renewals, managing policy documentation, liaising with insurers, and assisting with client enquiries to ensure every client experiences smooth and efficient service.
Emma holds a Certificate III in General Insurance and a Tier 2 General Insurance Compliance qualification in General and Personal Advice. She enjoys being part of the close-knit Ironbark Group team, where colleagues genuinely support one another and it feels more like family than workplace.
If she weren’t working in insurance, Emma would be pursuing her dream of becoming a homicide detective or working with the Australian Federal Police, a reflection of her sharp problem-solving skills and determination.
