With over 25 years of experience in insurance broking and underwriting, Nicole brings a wealth of industry knowledge to her role at Ironbark Group. After relocating to Australia in 2004, she developed her expertise with leading insurance underwriters such as Zurich Insurance and Lumley Insurance (now CGU) before transitioning into broking on the Gold Coast in 2011.
In her two and a half years at Ironbark, Nicole has combined her industry background with a genuine passion for understanding her clients’ unique needs. She is dedicated to delivering tailored solutions that provide comprehensive protection for businesses.
Her role involves assessing risks, negotiating premiums, and fostering long-term relationships with clients. She takes pride in solving complex challenges and crafting insurance strategies that not only protect businesses but also align with her clients’ broader goals.
Nicole holds a Diploma in General Insurance and Tier 1 RG146 accreditation and is currently pursuing the AQF Diploma of Insurance Broking.
Nicole aspired to become a speech pathologist specialising in paediatrics, helping children with speech, language, and communication development. She brings the same care, empathy, and commitment to her role, ensuring her clients feel confident and secure in every decision they make.
