Marketing Manager
Zoe is the Marketing Manager at Ironbark Group, where she leads creative direction across content shoots, manages social media channels, and designs a wide range of brand assets including style guides, logo refinements, posters, and other visual media. With a strong eye for detail and storytelling, she specialises in creating and managing content while communicating seamlessly with all parties involved to bring ideas to life.
She has been part of the Ironbark team for over two years and holds a Diploma of Social Media Marketing, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Design from Griffith University, majoring in Marketing and Graphic Design. Her background allows her to balance strategic thinking with creative execution, ensuring Ironbark’s brand remains consistent, engaging, and authentic.
What Zoe enjoys most about her role is the culture within the Ironbark team. The supportive, honest, and collaborative environment encourages everyone to step outside their comfort zones, whether that is in front of the camera or behind the scenes. Being challenged in this way inspires her to continually push herself and curate the best possible results.
Outside of work, Zoe loves travelling and camping, especially when it involves finding peaceful places like beaches or lookouts. She is happiest unwinding in the sun with good snacks and getting lost in a book on her Kindle.
